Shawn has been in the Financial Services Industry since 2003, after graduating from North Park University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance. Shawn obtained his FINRA Registrations Series 7 and 63 while working with JP Morgan Chase & Company. He then continued in his education by completing the Certified Financial Planner Program coursework at Northwestern University in 2006 and is preparing to sit for the Certified Financial Planner Exam later this year.

Personal Summary

In 2002, Shawn married his wife, Melissa, and welcomed their daughter, Linnea, to their family in October, 2005, their son, Soren, in May, 2007, and their daughter, Camilla, in March, 2009. Shawn is an avid sports enthusiast, who enjoys soccer, bicycling, and golf, as well as spending time with his family and friends. Shawn is pleased to be working in the Financial Planning Industry as he has a passion for assisting people with their financial matters, and seeks to live a life of significance and service.
